As TieMech, we are looking to recruit colleagues primarily for our Mechanical Installation and Software Development departments.
Mechanical Installation involves all heating, cooling, ventilation, clean and wastewater, sanitary hot water, and fire suppression systems falling under mechanical engineering in construction works. Mechanical installation projects are prepared by mechanical engineers and technical draftsmen. It is known as Installation Engineering and has a distinct specialization. As a corporate firm serving in this field, we aim to transfer this expertise to you gradually, starting from a basic level.
While supporting the sector with the R&D software we develop within our company, we would also like to receive support from you.

Our Working Conditions:

• We do not expect you to work overtime in the office like ordinary companies. You can also follow your work remotely.
• If desired, you can also work in the office environment during our office hours (Weekdays 09:00 ∞ 19:00).

The recruitment process will proceed according to the steps listed below.

Details :

• Interviews will be held at our office in Bursa.
• For candidates passing to the training program, the first training will be online, and subsequently online with your computers at our Bursa office. The total training duration is planned as two weeks.
  *** Distance education opportunities will be offered for candidates who cannot attend face-to-face training in Bursa.
• As training content, basic level mechanical installation project details will be conveyed.
• You will need a computer capable of running the AutoCAD program to follow the training and perform your work externally.
• We will continue with candidates who successfully complete the tests held at the end of this training.
